Online Banking / DuitNow TNG & eWallet Self-Service Top-Up Bank Transfer

Deposit via Online Banking / DuitNow

  1. Log in and tap Deposit in your wallet.
  2. Select Online Banking / DuitNow as payment method.
  3. Enter the deposit amount (minimum RM 10).
  4. You will be redirected to your bank's secure payment page.
  5. Authenticate with your banking credentials or biometrics.
  6. Confirm the transfer — funds appear in your VWORLD wallet within seconds.

Deposit via Touch n Go eWallet

  1. Select eWallet / TNG in the Deposit section.
  2. Enter the amount and choose Touch n Go from the options.
  3. You will be redirected to the TNG app for authorisation.
  4. Approve the payment with your TNG PIN or biometrics.
  5. Return to VWORLD — the funds will be credited instantly.

Self-Service Top-Up

The self-service deposit option lets you top up using a QR code scan at selected payment terminals and kiosks.

  1. Select Self-Service Top-Up in the Deposit section.
  2. Choose your amount and generate the QR code.
  3. Scan the QR code at the payment terminal.
  4. Complete the payment and keep your receipt as confirmation.
  5. Funds are credited automatically upon payment confirmation.

Bank Transfer Deposit

  1. Select Bank Transfer in the Deposit section.
  2. Choose the receiving bank account from the list displayed.
  3. Transfer the exact amount from your online banking app.
  4. Upload your transfer receipt or enter the transaction reference number.
  5. Wait for verification — usually completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
